From Emergency to Recovery – Opening Video of the ELEM Conference at the President’s Residence

On October 7, thousands of young people in Israel joined the cycle of risk. Now is the time to help them.

Elem provides youth at risk with support, guidance, and tools for rehabilitation and integration into society through educational, therapeutic, and vocational programs nationwide.
